Q: What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?
A: Organizational & Analytical Skills.
Q: What do you like best about your job?
A: Sourcing solutions. Being that we work mostly in the excess & surplus lines marketplace, we see unique & hard-to-place risks. Being able to put together a viable insurance solution that appropriately covers all aspects of an insured’s business where others could not is gratifying.
Q: Is there a quote that motivates you?
A: “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.”

Q: Name three words that you describe you
A: Efficient. Disciplined. Dedicated.
Q: Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about?
A: More of a non-skill. I cannot “loop, swoop & pull”. IE – the way 99.9% of the world ties their shoes. My brain can’t do it. I wore Velcro shoes until I was 8 and have been doing the “Bunny Ears” method ever since.
