Q: How long have you been at Socius and what is your favorite part of your job?
A: 5 years this March. Favorite part of this job is my co-workers. Everyone is always there for each other through the good, the bad and the ugly. This relates to both our personal and work lives. We are always there to uplift each other and help in times of need. We can always pick each other’s brains to get to the solution that is needed.
Q:What is the culture like at your company?
A: If I had to sum up Socius’ culture it would be in the following words: motivating, flexible, collaborative, rewarding, transparent and especially FUN!
Q: Is there a quote that motivates you?
A: “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” Confucius

A: At mass with my family.

A: On the boat with family and friends at an island soaking up the sun.
