Q: How do you think your colleagues would describe you?
A: I’ve been given the nickname “Magic Marko” by multiple colleagues, which I found very interesting.
Q: How do you maintain work-life balance?
A: Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is essential for overall well-being, and I prioritize it by engaging in various activities outside of work. Here are some ways I achieve work-life balance:
However, it’s important to note that work-life balance is subjective, and everyone has their own unique ways of achieving it.
Q: Is there a quote that motivates you?
A: “Where there is a will, there is a way.” – if you have a strong determination to do something, then you can find a method and overcome whatever obstacle you’re facing. It’s meant to encourage others, or yourself, to trust in willpower to achieve something that might be hard or seem impossible.
Q: How do you want people to remember you?
A: I want to be remembered as kind, inspiring, loving, someone who made a difference, brought joy to others, and lived life to the fullest.
Q: What’s a goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish in the next year?
A: A personal goal I have set for myself in the next year is to become fluent in Spanish. I am excited to dedicate time and effort to learning the language and expanding my communication skills.
Q: What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
A: Spending time in nature, camping, and hiking brings me the greatest happiness when I’m not working.
